The Challenge
How quickly can you negotiate an optimal and fair study budget for your team?

This is a first-of-its-kind course for all clinical research professionals, administrators, investigators and executives involved in negotiating clinical research budget agreements for industry-sponsored trials.

Negotiating the clinical research agreement is the final step in the clinical trial set-up process. It's a regulatory requirement that is complex, time-consuming, and fraught with delays, often taking many months to complete.

This eLearning program introduces the learners to collaborative approaches and best practices using sophisticated algorithms that are designed to avoid disputes and streamline the negotiation process in order to produce better outcomes for all sides in a shorter time.

Learners will have the opportunity to practice their new skills in real time with hands-on simulations of clinical research budget agreement negotiations between pharmaceutical companies and research sites.
